The First Snow!

It is now March with beautiful, sunny, 50 degree weather, so I figured it was the perfect time to post some pictures from our first snow this winter season.  Ha Ha!  Not only was this the first snow of the season, but it was also Tybee’s first time to really play in snow.  She loved it!!  She even loved having me take her picture (which never happens).  She kept telling me to take my camera out and then she would pose for me.  I even had fun and I HATE dealing with the cold, wet snow.

Last October we visited the great USA for three weeks.  We were able to attend Anna (James’ sister) and Austin’s wedding, finalize Ethan’s adoption and spend time with both sides of the family.  It was fun for Tybee to get to know family she’s never met before.  I lugged my camera with me all of the way over there and forgot to use it much.  So unfortunately I don’t have many pictures, but we did have a great time there.

At the beginning of fall, we decided to take advantage of the good weather before it turned blistering cold and have a couple of Family Home Evenings outside.

Ethan’s 1st Day of 3rd Grade

I can’t believe my baby is in 3rd grade already.  Not only that, but he’s halfway through it because I’m such a slow blogger.  He’s such a cute kid and so grown up.  I’m grateful he allowed me to take a few pictures.

Day 5: Nuremberg, Germany

On our way home from Prague, we stopped in Nuremberg for lunch, since it was the halfway point.  We weren’t sure what we were going to find there, but there happened to be this fun percussion band playing outside of the visitor’s center.
