To have a man around

It is sooo nice to have a man around...One day after I picked up the boys from school, we decided to walk to the beach for the afternoon. We are very lucky to only be a ten minute walk away. Once we got there, though, Ethan had to go potty... of course he did :) Unfortunately there aren't any bathrooms out there, so James escorted Ethan over the sand dune to try to find a private place to go. I'm not so sure that was legal, but it sure was nice to have someone who could expertly instruct Ethan in these types of situations.

While they were gone, this is what I got to enjoy :)

Ethan took a little snack break and I couldn't resist taking these pictures. He was just too cute with his ski hat and pants rolled up, thoroughly enjoying the fruit snacks.

As you can see the water is frreeezing!
